Naval Fire Safety Lead – Shipboard Risk & Compliance

Serco is seeking a Fire Safety Officer to serve as the principal advisor to the Naval Supervisorial Authority on shipboard fire protection, damage control, and industrial safety aboard U.S. Navy LHA and LPD-17 class ships. The role requires active security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and strong knowledge of Navy safety standards. The position oversees the Fire Safety Council, conducts safety inspections, and coordinates corrective actions with shipyards and ship’s force.
