Guest Experience Front Desk Associate

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Rep at the Country Inn and Suites Bozeman. The Front Desk Agent is the first and last impression, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and basic computer skills. Experience with PMS systems like Opera or OnQ is a plus. Scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
