Key Responsibilities: Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment following established protocols. Inspect equipment for damage or defects before sterilization and report any issues promptly. Assemble sterile instrument trays and ensure they are ready for surgical or clinical use. Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment inventory. Distribute sterile equipment to hospital units or surgical departments as needed.
