What You'll Do: Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their homes and communitiesAssist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksSupport individuals in community activities, appointments, and outingsFollow individualized care plans and behavior support plans as directedAdminister medication as trained and authorized (where applicable) Document services provided accurately and in accordance with NJ DDD requirementsCommunicate regularly with families, care team members, and agency staff regarding the individual's needs and progressMaintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment at all timesWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required — we provide trainingPatient, compassionate, and dependableStrong communication skills and good judgmentComfortable with personal care tasksValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass required background checks and complete DDD-mandated training (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc. — provided by the company) High school diploma or equivalentDetailsFull-time and part-time schedules availablePositions based in homes and communities throughout New JerseyRequired certifications and training provided
