Field Supervisor (Grading & Site Work)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor (Grading & Site Work) to oversee and manage on-site operations for our grading and site work projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site grading and site work activities. Lead and manage grading and site work crews, including subcontractors. Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Oversee the operation and maintenance of grading and sitework equipment. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations & company policies. Maintain clear communication with the project management team and clients. Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, crew hours, and equipment usage. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements: Qualifications: Proven experience in grading and site work, with strong knowledge of related processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Frequent standing, walking, and moving on uneven terrain Ability to climb in and out of equipment, as needed Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching Exposure to outdoor conditions, including varying weather and temperatures Ability to operate heavy equipment and hand tools when necessary Capacity to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, and gloves, for extended periods Ability to work in loud, dusty, and potentially hazardous environments Upon offer, employees will be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR check.
