Job type: Full time The Client Partner – BFSI (Midwest) is responsible for owning and expanding strategic relationships with banking, financial services, and insurance clients across the Midwest region. This senior leadership role requires a candidate who has been a Client Partner in their current or previous roles with deep BFSI domain expertise, consultative solutioning skills, and proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar engagements

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship ManagementP&L Responsibility Serve as the executive-level relationship owner for BFSI accounts Build trusted advisor status with CXO/VP stakeholders Conduct regular cadence meetings, business reviews, and joint planning sessions Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets Identify and close opportunities in digital engineering, cloud modernization, AI/ML, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and managed services Lead large deal pursuits with cross-functional teams Account Strategy & Planning Create multi-year account penetration strategies Map customer organizations and expand wallet share across business units Track industry trends (payments, lending, core banking modernization, risk & compliance).Delivery Governance Ensure high-quality delivery and SLA compliance Partner with delivery teams to manage escalations and sustain long-term trust Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with service lines, CoEs, marketing, and pre-sales to shape differentiated value propositions Support thought leadership initiatives, client workshops, and industry forums..Required Experience & Skills 15+ years in BFSI client management, with at least 8 years in senior account leadership Proven track record of multi-million-dollar revenue growth and executive stakeholder engagement Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, and regulatory compliance Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery governance Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
