Senior Accounting Supervisor

HYBRID ROLE – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT The salary range for this position is $105,000-$115,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Investigate and resolve accounting issues Ensure integrity and reliability of all financial transactions and that they are in accordance with US GAAP and company standards. Coordinate internal and external audit requests, and lead efforts to remediate audit and control findings. Lead efforts to develop standard operating procedures and instructions surrounding accounting procedures for the team Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the team in implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness across the close and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations.
