Bilingual Production LeadNow hiring for a Bilingual Production Lead in Jessup, MD. Lead must speak English & French or Spanish & French Monday to Saturday || All shifts

Responsibilities:

The ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills, set expectations, measure and observe performance and provide feedback
Supervises a staff of temporary workers
Ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with the operating procedures and ensures all GMP's are being followed
Walks the production area and observes workers performance to ensure good and safe work habits and coaches workers as needed
Solid knowledge of best practices and safety
Able to work well with production workers, supervisors and operations manager
Participates in evening and morning production meetings
Must be bilingual in English/French or Spanish/FrenchMUST have Production lead experience
Strong written and verbal skills for internal and external communications
Must be a people person and like working with people
Work OT as needed mainly in peak seasonnowhiring Apply Today!
