Occupational Therapist (Full Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. In this role, you will support patients in regaining their independence and improving their quality of life within the comfort of their homes. QualificationsRequired Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in case management is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Preferred Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings Experience working with geriatric or post-acute care patients Strong documentation and patient education skills What Youll DoConduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies CompensationSalary:$90,000-$110,000 per year
