The Territory Manager is responsible for growing a sales territory in a defined market. This is an established territory with existing business and opportunity to grow the market.
Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined territory: Conversion of competitive implant systems / Share of wallet growth within existing accounts / Strategic account planning Present, promote and sell Bio Horizons products to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Generate leads and qualify prospects Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction Achieve sales targets and results within targeted time frame Coordinate sales effort with team members to advance business growth Analyze the territory/market potential and evaluate sales reports on a routine basis Provide clinical and procedural support to customers, including participation in implant surgeries, case planning, and workflow optimization. Train doctors and staff on implant systems, restorative workflows, and digital tools Support hands on courses, study clubs, and in office trainings Supply management with reports on customer projects, needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products. Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends Attend trade shows, conferences, and other clinics inside and/or outside of territory to continue efforts to build territory Collaborate with marketing team to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives Submit monthly expense reports in a timely manner
Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and clinical procedures and digital workflows Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to specified deadlines Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems with minimal direction. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships. Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Strong focus on detail and accuracy. Strong negotiation skills. Must be able to travel overnight. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance are required for travel.
Requirements: B.S. Business, Engineering, Science or equivalent work experience required. Two years of business to business outside sales experience required. Medical/dental industry experience preferred.
