Role Description:
As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Swank, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
