Zurich Insurance is seeking an Executive Underwriter/AVP Underwriting Director for E&S Primary Casualty. The role supports a national wholesale model with a hybrid work arrangement across multiple U.S. locations including NYC. You will drive growth with profitability and partner with managers to set flexible work schedules for agents and brokers. You will develop broker relationships, assess risk, price, and use data to guide decisions, while collaborating with claims, finance, risk engineering,
