Senior Maintenance Technician

HandyPro is hiring an experienced Senior Handyman / Maintenance Technician.*Broward County through West Palm Beach, Florida*Full-time W-2 employment* $75,000 annual minimum guarantee with uncapped earning potential We’re looking for a skilled professional who can diagnose a problem, explain the solution, and complete quality repairs independently—from the first customer conversation through the final cleanup. You should bring at least 5 years of professional hands-on experience and strong skills across several areas: • Drywall repairs, patching, and painting • Carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware • Cabinet repairs and installation • Minor plumbing and general property maintenance within your qualifications • Troubleshooting and knowing when a licensed specialist is required What HandyPro provides: • Compensation $75,000 guaranteed minimum gross compensation per full employment year, with uncapped performance-based earning potential. Paid biweekly, with an annual reconciliation of the guarantee. Overtime paid separately as required.
