Vice President Design

A fast‑growing climate-tech company is looking for a Vice President of Design & UX. This role is an opportunity to lead and scale the design function for a fast-growing technology business, shaping the user experience across multiple digital products. Reporting to the Product leader, you'll define design strategy, elevate design standards, and mentor a growing team while remaining deeply involved in execution. Must-Have Skills 10+ years in digital product design leadership Experience managing and developing design teams Strong hands-on expertise with Figma and modern UX tools Proven success building scalable design systems Strong partnership skills across Product and Engineering Experience across both web and mobile products Bonus Skills Background in high-growth startup environments.
