Apply for this role →Kelly Services is seeking an AI Engineer to support an AI Enablement program. This role builds and maintains shared AI skills, agents, templates, workflows, and knowledge assets in partnership with AI Enablement leads and embedded AI coaches.
Location: Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, Urbandale, IA, or fully remote
Employment: Contract
Duration: 11/02/2026 to 10/31/2027
Pay rate: $60 per hour
What you'll do:
Build and maintain an AI Skills, Agents, and Templates Hub.
Develop reusable AI capabilities and create onboarding materials, documentation, and best practices.
Manage enablement requests and support AI coaches in scaling successful solutions.
Track adoption, maintain asset quality, and coordinate releases.
Required skills:
Python and GitHubAI frameworks such as LangChain, MCP, RAG, and vector databases Harness engineering
Nice to have:
