THE ROLE:
Our Recruiting & Events Coordinator will own candidate experience from end-to-end, partnering closely with our Talent Team and hiring managers to keep recruiting running smoothly as we scale. You’ll handle everything from interview coordination and candidate logistics to improving the programs, processes, and systems that support Talent Operations. You’ll also help bring our talent brand to life through recruiting events and other talent initiatives, coordinating the details and logistics that make them successful. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives at getting things done in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with the company Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to move candidates efficiently through the interview process Schedule candidate interviews and handle candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner Plan and execute recruiting events from start to finish, including venue sourcing, vendors, invitations, attendee communications, logistics, and day-of coordination Own the details behind events- budgets, timelines, run-of-show, materials, food & beverage, swag, and other logistics- to ensure a seamless attendee experience Improve and refine internal processes, systems, and our general approach related to candidate experience Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes and programsYOUR PASTWe expect you to have done some of these things, but it’s not required that you’ve done all of them. Previous experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews, even as part of a broader role Experience coordinating events, programs, or other logistics-heavy projects is a plus Demonstrated growth and rapid learning Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguityYOUR MINDSETYou build strong relationships: You’re a people person and enjoy creating great experiences for the people around you.
