About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor a Structural Reaction Injection Molder (S-RIM) to produce quality parts.
Handle lightweight, thin steel sheets; load/unload materials into the machine.
Perform basic upkeep: monitor mold lubrication and keep levels within standards.
Follow standard work instructions, safety policies, and quality checks.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready.
What You'll Need:
- Ability to stand for most of the shift; bend, reach, and lift as needed.
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- No high school diploma required.
- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
