Required qualifications:
Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
Proficiency in motivational interviewing and establishing SMART goals with patients
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a health coach or wellness educator
Demonstrated competence in digital care delivery or telehealth
Strong communication skills and ability to manage a patient caseload effectively
