As a licensed practical nurse with us, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our residents. Shift Opportunities: Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PMPM Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM ($3.00/hr. differential)NOC Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM ($3.00/hr. differential) Current Promotion: If you sign up for a 1.0 master schedule- you will qualify for $40/hour!
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care and administer medications
- Monitor and advocate for residents' health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with team members and other medical professionals during shift and shift report
- Promote safety, dignity, and compliance with care standards
What You Bring:
- Current Wisconsin LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered focus
- Team spirit, reliability, and excellent communication skills
