Overseeing a team responsible for managed care contracts, the full-time remote Manager, Accounts Receivable Litigation will manage contract implementation, ensure accurate contract language interpretation, and serve as a liaison with financial managers to enhance understanding of reimbursement calculations.
Key responsibilities:
Supervises and trains team members to meet departmental objectives
Manages contract implementation and coding updates within the contract management system
Collaborates with stakeholders to troubleshoot contract calculations and enhance contract modelingRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
4-6 years of experience in managed care contract administration or accounts receivable required
1-3 years of prior leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of managed care contracting and reimbursement methodologies
Proficiency with relational databases, including SQL or similar query tools
