Healthcare IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, with a primary focus on Epic, Meditech, Cerner, and related healthcare IT systems. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from strategic sourcing and candidate pipelining through to offer negotiation and close — while consistently meeting or exceeding defined performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success placing professionals in healthcare IT roles. Direct experience recruiting for one or more major EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) is required. Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
