PT Physical Therapist Traveler

Job Responsibilities: The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Provides direct patient care (evaluation and treatment).Performs appropriate written communication. Interacts professionally through clinical communication. Maintains state of the art training and education for job role.

Minimum qualifications: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required. Current, valid, and active driver's license required. Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation. One (1) year of experience as a PT Required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills: Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
