AI Policy & Campaigns Lead

Anthropic seeks a Political Programs Lead to design and run the programs through which the company, its PACs, and employees engage in the political process. You will shape strategy, build programs, and hire as they grow. This role requires deep experience in campaigns and governance, strong cross-party credibility, and the ability to navigate campaign finance rules while advising senior leadership.
