MUSTPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong Workday expertise to lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise platform initiatives supporting HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and other corporate functions. This role will serve as the primary product owner for Workday-enabled capabilities and enterprise shared services solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive process improvements, platform enhancements, integrations, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with hands-on knowledge of Workday and enterprise business processes. This individual must be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and driving initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the product roadmap for Workday and enterprise shared services platforms. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Operations, Compliance, Security, and IT teams to identify business needs and prioritize enhancements. Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, workflow analysis, and solution definition. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation. Prioritize enhancements, integrations, reporting needs, and process improvements based on business value and organizational impact. Collaborate with Workday administrators, technical teams, and vendors to design and implement scalable solutions. Support initiatives across Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Procurement, Expenses, Workforce Planning, and Reporting. Partner with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting solutions, and downstream system dependencies. Coordinate release planning, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment support, and post-launch optimization. Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, audit, and governance requirements. Facilitate stakeholder reviews, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, demonstrations, and executive updates. Drive process automation, standardization, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. Monitor adoption, user feedback, and business outcomes to measure success and guide future enhancements.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Applications, HRIS, ERP, Business Systems, or related technology-focused roles.3+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting enterprise HR, Finance, Payroll, or ERP initiatives. Proven experience leading enterprise software projects through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization. Strong understanding of HR processes including: Recruiting Onboarding Compensation

Preferred Qualifications: Workday certification or formal Workday training. Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Workday Integrations. Healthcare industry experience or experience working within a highly regulated environment. Experience managing Workday releases, tenant refreshes, production support, and regression testing. Background in enterprise transformation initiatives, shared services modernization, or ERP governance. Experience with analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data governance programs.
