What you’ll do: Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc. Provide light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc. Help with meal preparation and feeding Assist with range of motion/exercises Assist with ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices) Provide medication reminders What makes you a great candidatePrevious home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but not required – training provided.
