Demi Chef de Partie - Cruise Ship Galley Leader

OSM Thome Recruitment is seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie for Carnival Cruise Line. You will support the Executive Chef and galley management on board to oversee food preparation within your area. Rotation: 7-8 months on / 2 months off. Candidates must have 3+ years in similar roles, STCW certificates, health and Covid-19 certificates, and English proficiency. US visa C-1/D preferred but not required, visa must be obtained before start date.
