Requirements:
- Active New York license required; willing to consider IMLC
- Must be Board Certified, not Board Eligible
- BC new grad acceptable
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- Required Procedures/Skills
- SBRT experience
- Assignment Details
- No surgery or procedures
- Provider will not work at multiple locations
- Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, and 1 physicist
- Trauma Level III
PPD: 8 to 10; on-treatment day around 20
