Corporate Securities Counsel - In-House Legal Strategy

DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated in-house lawyer to join our Legal Counsel, Corporate Securities team. The role reports to the senior corporate securities counsel and focuses on governance, disclosures, and securities offerings. You will drive regulatory compliance, equity program administration, and collaboration across Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other departments to protect and accelerate the business.
