Sawmill Production Lead — Safe, Efficient Team Builder

Abbeville Fiber is a state-of-the-art sawmill seeking a skilled supervisor to coordinate production, distribution, warehousing, and shipping. You will manage safety, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and maintain facilities and equipment during shifts. You will lead and develop an operational sawmill team, promote safe practices, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement. A HS diploma with supervisory experience is required; multi-department sawmill experience is preferred.
