What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliverhigh-quality Success Sessions and personal training DrivePT revenue, retention, and member experience Execute and overseegroup training, onboarding, and coaching standards Create a culture ofaccountability, energy, and results Work closely with the GM to hitclub production goals Help membersfind the best path for their fitness journeythrough coaching and connection Be hands‑on daily —this is a lead‑from‑the‑front role Schedule Expectations 6 days per week required Flexible scheduling based on club needs and peak hours Must be available forevenings and weekends
