Success Position Overview:
3E is seeking an accomplished higher education enrollment professional to serve as Vice President of Partner Enrollment Strategy & Success. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Partner Strategy & Success, this individual serves as a trusted strategic advisor to a portfolio of college and university partners and is responsible for driving partner success, achieving enrollment outcomes, and retaining and expanding partner revenue. The Vice President brings significant enrollment leadership and enrollment marketing experience, strategic judgment, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the evolving higher education landscape. This individual will work directly with presidents, cabinet members, enrollment executives, marketing leaders, and other senior institutional stakeholders to develop and advance comprehensive enrollment strategies informed by data, market dynamics, institutional priorities, and 3E's portfolio of solutions. This role extends beyond traditional account management. The Vice President is accountable for the strategic success, health, retention, and growth of partner relationships. The successful candidate will be capable of diagnosing complex enrollment challenges, translating data and market intelligence into actionable strategy, challenging conventional thinking when appropriate, and mobilizing the right resources across 3E to deliver meaningful results.3E is a leading higher education marketing company dedicated to helping colleges and universities meet their enrollment goals through modern marketing solutions balanced with enrollment expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted enrollment strategy advisor to a portfolio of college and university partners. Develop a deep understanding of each institution's enrollment goals, market position, challenges, opportunities, and strategic priorities. Analyze enrollment performance, market trends, and partner data to develop actionable strategies and recommendations. Lead strategic partner conversations focused on enrollment performance, priorities, opportunities, and results. Proactively identify enrollment risks and opportunities and develop strategies to address them. Build strong, trusted relationships with presidents, cabinet members, enrollment executives, and other key institutional stakeholders. Ensure 3E strategies and solutions remain aligned with partner objectives and deliver measurable value. Own the retention and expansion of revenue across assigned partner relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and bring additional 3E solutions forward where they can create value. Collaborate across 3E teams to ensure strong execution, accountability, and alignment with partner strategy. Stay current on enrollment trends, market dynamics, emerging practices, and the evolving higher education landscape. Represent 3E through conferences, presentations, workshops, and thought-leadership opportunities.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or other advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in higher education enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, enrollment marketing, or related areas. Demonstrated record of enrollment leadership and success developing and implementing enrollment strategies. Deep understanding of the enrollment lifecycle, recruitment strategy, enrollment marketing, student behavior, market dynamics, and enrollment analytics. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and effectively advise senior institutional stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations and action. Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for partner retention and growth. Experience working within a higher education consulting, enrollment services, marketing, technology, or vendor organization strongly preferred. Ability to travel regularly to partner campuses, conferences, and 3E events.
