Job Details: Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, key messages, deadlines, and distribution channels, translating those inputs into effective creative solutions. Independently own projects from concept through execution, operating as the sole designer rather than as one contributor on a larger design team. Design across email, social, web, intranet platforms, Power Point presentations, events, signage, and broader marketing channels, transforming complex business concepts into polished visual experiences. Lead the design and production of high-profile corporate communications, including annual reports, executive communications, investor materials, corporate presentations, and organization-wide announcements. Balance strategic creative work with routine production tasks, managing competing priorities across ongoing and one-off projects. Concept, shoot, edit, and produce video content for digital and social platforms, including short-form video, motion graphics, animation, and other multimedia assets that align with established brand guidelines.
