Senior In-House Corporate Attorney – Identity Security

Entrust is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our Identity Security legal team in a hybrid role based out of Shakopee, MN. The attorney will support the Americas Sales team, negotiate complex partner agreements including OEM arrangements, and provide strategic legal guidance across business units. Qualified candidates will hold a JD, have at least five years of post-qualification experience (two in-house), and possess US work authorization with strong English communication and business acumen.
