Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator serves as Medicept's primary in-house marketing resource, responsible for generating and nurturing pipeline through consistent content, campaign execution, and disciplined CRM management. This role owns the day-to-day marketing engine: producing and distributing content, running lead nurture and follow-up, keeping the CRM and pipeline reporting accurate, and maintaining Medicept's organic and social presence. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a fast-moving marketing function. The pace and toolset of marketing execution continue to evolve quickly, including a growing set of technology-enabled and AI-assisted platforms for content and campaign production. The Marketing Coordinator must be highly comfortable with technology, quick to learn new marketing tools and platforms, and confident evaluating and adopting new systems as the function's tooling evolves, rather than relying on a single fixed way of working.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Content and Campaign Review: Plan and review marketing content and campaigns, landing pages, and social content, using and platforms consistent output and quality to brand standards. Compliance and Regulatory Review: Review content for accuracy, brand voice, and regulatory sensitivity before it publishes, and route any content touching regulatory, clinical, or compliance-related claims to the appropriate subject matter expert for sign-off. Events Planning and Coordination: Manage multiple events concurrently while driving lead generation initiatives per event attended, ensuring leads captured on-site are entered into the CRM and tracked against MQL targets alongside digital pipeline. Promotional and Branded Items: Order and coordinate promotional and internal branded items, keeping requests and inventory organized. Budget Tracking: Track spend against approved budgets for events, promotional items, and marketing technology, and flag variances to leadership. Lead Nurture and Distribution: Generate and manage email nurture sequences and campaign distribution across channels, moving prospects from initial engagement through to a sales-ready handoff. CRM and Pipeline Management: Own day-to-day CRM administration (Hub Spot), including lead scoring, pipeline stage definitions, routing rules, and data hygiene, so pipeline reporting is accurate and trusted. Performance Reporting and Optimization: Maintain marketing performance reporting, including MQL volume against annual growth targets, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on pacing and results. Use campaign and lead-quality performance data to refine the AI platform's targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy on an ongoing basis. Organic and Social Presence: Maintain a consistent organic content and social media cadence (including Linked In), and coordinate with website or development resources to implement AEO and SEO recommendations surfaced by the AI platform. Sales Enablement Support: Produce supporting marketing and sales enablement materials for business development efforts, aligning messaging and target-account focus with the sales team. Marketing Technology Ownership: Evaluate, adopt, and get the most out of the marketing technology stack, including AI content and marketing tools, staying current as the available toolset changes over time.
Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a marketing generalist, coordinator, or specialist role spanning content, campaigns, and CRM or marketing automation. Highly self motivated and solution oriented Strong writing and content development skills, with the judgment to shape and edit content so it reads as polished and on-brand, regardless of how the first draft was produced. High comfort and fluency with technology; quick to learn new software and platforms, including AI-assisted marketing and content tools, and comfortable adapting as the toolset evolves. Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform. Comfortable owning metrics and reporting, and communicating pacing against a target to leadership. Sound editorial judgment, including knowing when AI-generated content needs subject matter or compliance review before it goes out. Able to work independently as the primary in-house marketing resource, prioritizing across content, campaigns, CRM, and reporting without close day-to-day oversight. Preferred Prior marketing experience in a regulated industry, such as medical device, IVD, or life sciences. Hands-on experience with B2B content or marketing platforms.
