NY M&A Transaction Advisory Manager

Eight Advisory in New York City is seeking an ambitious Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. You will work with corporate clients and private equity firms on acquisition and disposal M&A processes. You will lead financial due diligence, identify key drivers, manage engagements, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to business development while collaborating with senior experts.
