Cleaning Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the parts cleaning machine to ensure proper cleaning and processing of metal components. Load and unload metal parts into the machine safely and efficiently. Inspect cleaned parts for quality issues, damage, or defects before packaging or moving to the next department. Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of any malfunctions or maintenance concerns. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and surrounding work area. Maintain accurate production and quality records as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating machinery preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions: Standing for extended periods and handling materials up to 50 lbs. Exposure to manufacturing environment with noise and machinery. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
