Ophthalmology Physician

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist for a part-time locum tenens opportunity providing surgical ophthalmology coverage at a correctional center in Butner, North Carolina. This position offers a flexible schedule and focuses on surgical procedures and follow-up ophthalmologic care in a supportive clinical environment.

Additional shifts/hours may be available monthly Clinical Responsibilities Perform ophthalmologic surgical procedures including: Cataract surgery Glaucoma treatment Pterygium procedures Provide pre-operative and post-operative follow-up care Evaluate and manage ophthalmology patients in a correctional healthcare setting Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
