What You’ll Do: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid IL PEL Certification and School Psychologist endorsement (required by start date) Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required NASP membership a plus About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
