Apply for this role →We are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to support clients throughout the life insurance process. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping clients feel informed and supported.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients by phone, text, and email Answer questions and help guide clients through life insurance next steps Follow up with leads and existing clients Keep client information organized and up to date Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and coachable Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Sales, hospitality, insurance, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
