We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM). Training provided - a welding certification (AWS, ASME, NCCER, or equivalent) is required to get started. What You GetStarting pay $22.44 - 33.03/hr, based on experience and certification + weekly pay Paid holidays, vacation, PTO & EPTO Medical, dental & vision insurance Retirement plans Tuition & fitness reimbursement Team member referral bonus: $500-$1,000 per successful hire What You'll DoAssemble and weld ductwork, doors, tanks, piping, ovens, curtain coaters, and heaters Set up and operate saws, drill presses, ironworkers, shears, punches, rollers, and benders Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, welding helmet/gloves, steel-toe boots) for the full shift Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and welding operations in a manufacturing environment Qualifications RequiredWelding certificate from a technical school, community college, or high school CTE program, OR AWS, ASME, NCCER, or equivalent welding certification Preferred ExperiencePrior MIG/TIG welding or fabrication experience Reading a tape measure accurately Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment What We're Looking ForDependable, hands-on team players Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willing to learn and follow directions Apply today - start your career with Koch Finishing Systems!
