Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet clients, delivering a personalized and memorable luxury experience. Manage guest flow and ensure a seamless experience throughout each visit. Provide attentive hospitality service, including beverages and light refreshments. Coordinate with internal teams to accommodate client appointments, special requests, and VIP visits. Assist with exclusive in-store events and client experiences. Maintain beautifully presented hospitality and guest areas. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service.

Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, upscale hotels, private clubs, or high-end retail. Polished, articulate, warm, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional service. Comfortable engaging with high-profile and VIP clientele. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs. Professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday. Full scheduling flexibility required, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
