Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions and functional abilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, including techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities. Engage in hands-on therapy sessions, adapting approaches in real-time based on patient progress and feedback. Provide education to patients and family members regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications that empower them in their recovery journey. Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Doctorate or Master's degree. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida is mandatory.
