Job Description: Job Description Residential HVAC Installer – Central OhioWe're hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join a growing team serving homeowners throughout Central Ohio.
What You'll Do: Install residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment. Complete replacement and retrofit installations. Install and modify ductwork. Perform startup, charging, testing, and troubleshooting. Maintain clean, safe job sites and provide professional customer service.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceEPA 608 Certification required; Type II or Universal preferred
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record
  • Strong installation, troubleshooting, and ductwork skills
  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
Pay & Benefits:
  • $20–$25/hour + performance commissions$34–$40/hour total earning potential
