AI Product Compliance Lead

Mercury is seeking a Lead Compliance Risk Manager to serve as the primary advisor for AI and agentic products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Data, Legal, and Operations to ensure AI offerings meet regulatory obligations and governance standards. You will shape the AI governance framework, drive risk assessments, and mentor the Compliance team as AI capabilities expand across products. This is a high-visibility role with broad impact on product design and risk management.
