Director, Payments Risk & Integrity

Capital One is seeking a Director in Ecosystem Risk & Integrity to lead High Brand Risk and Prohibited Activity Monitoring programs. You will guide a team of Risk Specialists, partner with Executives, and drive modernization of monitoring capabilities to safeguard our Global Payments Ecosystem. You will evaluate gray area activities, detect transaction laundering, and implement compliant controls while enabling sustainable business growth across domestic and international regulations.
