Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements, with meticulous attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal standards.
Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any discrepancies to ensure clear property titles.
Assist in drafting and filing legal documents related to estate planning, wills, and trusts.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Active Florida Title Agent License
In-office availability in Hollywood, FL
5+ years of title closing experience
Proven ability to manage 30–40+ files per month independently
Experience working with processors (including remote processors)
Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
