We are partnering with our Portland, OR professional services client to recruit an Instructional Designer to join their team on a 3+ month, primarily remote basis. Qualified and aligned candidates must be based in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, North or South Dakota for consideration, and will work on a Pacific Standard Time schedule. In this role, you will lend your skills to curate eLearning courses primarily targeted to corporate staff in the healthcare field. This role involves lesson development, content design, video editing and finalizing completed courses in their LMS. You will develop modules and video curriculum from scratch, and make edits to existing materials to ensure accuracy. You should bring 2+ years of dedicated instructional design, learning content development or similar experience for consideration, and must be skilled in Articulate 360 and Camtasia, with a strong preference for Workday LMS experience. This is a short-term, 3+ month contract to support an influx of new work and projects for this team! Pay ranges from $33 to $38 an hour based on relevant experience, work samples and alignment with system proficiencies. As an LHH contractor, you will be eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage options, 401(K), accurizing sick time based on your home state rates, and additional resources. You will: Curate eLearning courses primarily targeted to corporate staff in the healthcare field, designing and editing modules, video content, written materials and more Develop new lessons from scratch, ensuring content is aligned with program goals and best practices Edit existing materials for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines and expectations Design modules, edit video content and voice overs and more Upload finalized courses, content and experiences to Workday LMSYour experience should include:2+ years of experience in professional instructional design, learning content development, training or similar Deep comfort in module design, video editing, audio editing and similar Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Camtasia, required; Proficiency in Workday or similar LMS tools, preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferred but flexible for additional experience Comfort in a remote environment working a PST schedule Sound like you?
