Retail Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager drives store sales and customer service while overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll. The role includes coaching and developing associates, maintaining visual displays and product knowledge, analyzing reports, managing inventory and store assets, and fulfilling omnichannel orders. Lead store opening and closing routines and oversee daily operations. Supervise salesfloor and stockroom activity to support customer service and operational efficiency. Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes. Train, coach, and develop non-management associates. Drive sales through product knowledge, customer service, and brand representation. Maintain visual displays, analyze business reports, manage inventory and assets, and fulfill omnichannel orders.
