Montessori Guide: Small-School Summer Program

Montessori is seeking an experienced guide to lead a summer micro-school for ages 5–6 in a prepared Montessori environment. The role requires AMI- or AMS-trained certification and the ability to design and facilitate a genuine Montessori work cycle for a tiny cohort. You will observe each child, tailor activities to developmental needs, and maintain the unhurried, child-led rhythm that defines authentic Montessori practice. Materials will be provided, and compensation is guided by experience.
