Insulation Installer

Reports to: Field Production Manager Are You Interested in Joining Our Insulation Install Team? We’re looking for a motivated Insulation Installer to work alongside our experienced insulation team. This position offers the opportunity to learn technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and advance within the company. The goal of this position is to assist the installation team in providing high-quality workmanship and excellent service to our customers. Our ideal candidate has a passion for learning, takes pride in their work, and has an interest in building science.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to drive a box truck, truck, and trailer Must pass a post-offer drug test Must pass a post-offer background check Must have a clean driving record Must be able to safely maneuver in crawl spaces, attics, and basements in new construction and existing homes

Essential Responsibilities: Prepare job sites by protecting windows, outlet boxes, flooring, personal property, and finished surfaces Air-seal buildings using caulking and window foam Remove existing insulation when required Assist with spray foam insulation installations Assist with Blown-In Cellulose Insulation Installations Assist with Batt Insulation Installations Install crawl space encapsulation products Install baffles and ventilation systems Clean overspray and scrape stud faces Clean and organize job sites throughout and after each project Keep company trucks stocked, organized, and clean Help maintain shop inventory and cleanliness Track and submit crew receipts to office staff Work as part of a team while maintaining a respectful and positive work environment Required Skills & Knowledge Must know how to drive a box truck, truck, and trailer 1 year of construction experience preferred Basic mechanical knowledge preferred Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Ability to work as part of a team Work Location Headquarters: Greencastle, PAMust reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting Job sites throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia Pay Range$37,000 - $55,000 annual pay Work Hours Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PMBenefits & Perks Family-friendly work environment Vacation and sick PTOBonus pay Health Insurance Company-paid training Company uniform and annual uniform budget Advancement opportunities About South Central Services At South Central Services, we believe that doing a great job means never settling for “good enough.”Founded in 2015 by brothers Kilian and Zeshan Agha, South Central Services began as a refrigeration and HVAC service company.
